Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Liver & White. We hope you love your product(s) as much as we do. However, if you decide that you need to return your item(s) for any reason, please see our returns and refund policy below.
We are happy to offer customers store credit (in the form of a gift voucher) to the value of the returned item(s), if a customer changes their mind about their purchase.
Returning an Item
Please contact our customer service team for our returns address and we will give you a returns reference number to start the returns process.
You can return an item:
- Within 14 business days of the order being delivered
- In the original purchase condition - unworn, unused and undamaged
- With all tags and protective packaging attached and intact
- In the original product packaging such as sunglass bag and box
- With a copy of the original order confirmation received by email
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time.
Please keep a copy of your returns tracking number in the event that your parcel gets lost or does not arrive back with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time.
All items are quality checked before leaving our warehouse, shipped in protective packaging and delivered with a trusted courier. On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product.
In order to get your returns postage cost refunded, please ensure a copy of the return shipping receipt is included with your return package or forwarded to us through email. Unfortunately, if this is not provided at the time of return, we will be unable to process the shipping cost as part of your refund.
Refunds can only be made to the payment method or credit card used for the original purchase.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Estimated delivery times for each delivery method are listed on the delivery page.
Please allow the delivery timeframe to close before contacting us in the unlikely event of non delivery. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
