How Can I Contact You?
We can be contacted by email or by using the live chat support located on the bottom right of each website page. Currently we do not have the facilities to offer customer services over the phone however we are never far away from our emails. Our email address is contact@liverandwhite.co.uk
I Don't Know What Size To Order?
The majority of our items are made to standard UK sizing, and are manufactured in the very same factories as your favourite High Street stores, so we suggest sticking to your normal dress size. There are some lines that we import from Europe and sizing may be a little smaller than average, if that is the case it will be listed in the description for you.
I Just Placed An Order But I Didn't Get An Email To Say So... Did It Go Through?
Once you've placed your order on Liver & White you will see an order confirmation page along with your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. If you haven't received that then we suggest checking your junk mailbox, if it's not there, then please log in to your Liver & White account and check that your email details are correct. If that's correct then we're just as confused as you as to why you didn't receive confirmation! But don't worry, just send us an email and we will look into it for you.
I've Just Received My Parcel & It's Not What I Ordered?!
In the very unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or size, email us right away and we will get this fixed for you ASAP.
I'm Not So Sure My Items Suit Me.. Can I Send Them Back?
Of course you can! We know how it is, sometimes you fall in love with something, but when it gets to you, you eagerly unwrap the packaging, try it on and feel, just, meh. We've all been there! Just contact us to let us know you'd like to return your item.

Is Liver & White A Safe Place To Shop?
Absolutely. You can be assured that your personal details are kept safe when shopping with Liver & White. Not only do we use PayPal to process payments, but we also accept card payments using a secure gateway. We do not see or store any of your card details nor do we share any customer details with 3rd parties. Feel free to shop knowing that Liver & White is a safe and secure site.
