In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the stated shipping times, please contact our support team and we will look into your order right away. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been marked as successfully delivered by the courier.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to make a change to your order, please inform us as soon as possible and within two hours of ordering. After this window we cannot guarantee changes, as orders are automatically processed for dispatch. We cannot always combine orders or amend items once an order has been placed.
